1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ra999" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at ra999.ws, including its website, mobile interface, and all associated services.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account with ra999 or accesses the ra999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the ra999 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's ra999 account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet tokens, free spin credits, or other non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a ra999 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on qualifying games before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole operating currency of the ra999 platform.
• "Verification Documents" refers to government-issued identity documents, address proof, and payment method confirmation documents that ra999 may request from a Player during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the ra999 website, its games lobby, betting markets, cashier system, account management tools, and customer support channels.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ra999, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotional offer on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the ra999 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and ra999 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings. ra999 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the ra999 website. Players are responsible for reviewing the current terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with ra999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ra999 is strictly an adult platform. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, bet, or play under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated agents may not register accounts.
• You have not been previously excluded or suspended from ra999 or voluntarily self-excluded via the platform's responsible gaming tools.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, or immediate family member of a ra999 employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You are accessing ra999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ra999 complies with any laws applicable to you in your location.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) ra999 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. ra999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.

Your ra999 login credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with any other person. ra999 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any customer support channel. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any activity resulting from failure to keep your credentials confidential.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

ra999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. Players may be required to complete identity verification at any point, including but not limited to: prior to processing a withdrawal; upon reaching cumulative deposit or wagering thresholds; if unusual account activity is detected; or as part of a routine audit.

Accepted Verification Documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Electoral Commission
• Bangladesh Passport (biographic data page)
• Driver's Licence issued by BRTA
• Recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile wallet statement confirming residential address (dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash registered mobile number confirmation)

ra999 will process submitted verification documents within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false, altered, or third-party identity documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

6 Deposits

ra999 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per 24-hour period depending on the payment method used.

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from another person to deposit into a ra999 account, constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

ra999 does not charge fees on deposits via local Bangladeshi payment methods. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which ra999 accepts no responsibility.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• The Player's identity has been verified in full under the KYC process described in Section 5.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the available real-money balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds).
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds credited to the account have been satisfied.
• The withdrawal is being made to a payment account registered in the Player's own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 has been met.

ra999 processes withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within approximately 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to 3 business days. ra999 reserves the right to extend processing times for additional security checks where warranted.

ra999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds that are reasonably believed to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation. In cases where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, funds may be forfeited entirely and the matter reported to appropriate authorities.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

ra999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be published on the relevant promotional page. The following general conditions apply to all ra999 bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• ra999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including if ra999 reasonably believes a Player is engaging in bonus abuse or exploiting promotional mechanics.
• Bonus funds may only be used on the qualifying game types specified in the individual offer terms. Using bonus funds on excluded game types may void the bonus and associated winnings.

9 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ra999 are subject to the specific betting rules published for each sport and market. The following general rules apply across all ra999 betting markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ra999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where an obvious system error has occurred, at ra999's sole discretion.
• In the event of a match or event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, ra999's settlement rules for the relevant sport will determine whether bets are voided and stakes returned, or settled on available partial results.
• ra999 reserves the right to void bets where there is reasonable evidence of a corrupted event, match-fixing, insider information, or odds that were published in error.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market. These limits may vary depending on the sport, competition, and market type, and are visible at the point of bet placement.
• Cricket betting on ra999 covers the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, ODI and Test internationals featuring the Bangladesh Tigers, and other major international fixtures as available.
• Live in-play betting is subject to connection stability. ra999 accepts no liability for bets not placed due to a Player's network or device failure during live events.

10 Casino Games

The ra999 casino lobby offers games from certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All casino games available on ra999 use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness and compliance with published return-to-player (RTP) percentages.

Published RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Casino games are games of chance; ra999 does not and cannot guarantee winnings. Players acknowledge that house edge exists on all casino games and that losses are a normal and expected outcome of casino play.

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a casino game session, ra999 will use best efforts to resolve the issue fairly based on available game logs. ra999 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of third-party provider technical failures beyond ra999's reasonable control.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ra999 platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account requirement.
• Providing false identity information, submitting forged or altered verification documents, or impersonating another person.
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any betting strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers or guaranteed-profit mechanics.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using ra999 as a mechanism for moving illicit funds.
• Colluding with other Players at live casino tables or in any other multiplayer context.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended platform behaviour for financial gain. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to support immediately.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward ra999 customer support staff or other Players.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

ra999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where ra999 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• The Player is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Player's wellbeing under ra999's responsible gaming obligations.
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received from the Player.
• A legal, regulatory, or law enforcement instruction requires account closure.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ra999 support. Upon legitimate closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these terms, ra999 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Player's balance in proportion to the nature and impact of the breach.

13 Responsible Gaming

ra999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following player protection tools are available free of charge to all ra999 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ra999 account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the ra999 platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible during the selected period.

If you believe your gambling is becoming a problem, we encourage you to use these tools immediately or contact ra999 support to discuss your options. ra999 takes responsible gaming concerns seriously and will not market to Players who have self-excluded or set responsible gaming restrictions.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

ra999 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and legal or regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to fulfil ra999's obligations under these Terms & Conditions.

All personal data and financial information transmitted to and from ra999 is protected by TLS/SSL encryption. ra999 retains account data for a minimum of 5 years following account closure in compliance with applicable record-keeping obligations. 15 Intellectual Property

All content on the ra999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and the ra999 brand name — is the intellectual property of ra999 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ra999 content without express prior written authorisation from ra999. Scraping, data-mining, or systematic extraction of any ra999 platform data using automated tools is strictly prohibited.

16 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ra999's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the ra999 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ra999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if ra999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ra999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, third-party network outages, and events beyond ra999's reasonable control may affect platform availability. ra999 will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in the event of any outage.

17 Amendments to These Terms

ra999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the ra999 website with a revised effective date. Where the changes are material, ra999 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players via the email address registered to their account or via an on-site notification.

Continued use of the ra999 platform after the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes. Closing your account after an amendment is published but before its effective date will be treated as a standard voluntary closure under Section 12.

18 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ra999 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair resolution of all Player disputes.

In the event of a dispute, Players should first contact ra999 customer support at [email protected] with full details of the issue. ra999 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a full response within 10 business days. ra999's support team is available 24/7 in both English and Bengali to assist with any dispute or query.

ra999 is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently. Where a Player remains unsatisfied following ra999's internal review, the matter may be escalated through appropriate external channels available to the Player under applicable law.
